We’re seeking a proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. In this role, you will support our loyal existing customers while actively building and nurturing new relationships for both the gallery and the business.
Who We're Looking For
1. You have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. You are highly motivated and driven to achieve gallery objectives.
3. You excel at communicating effectively, both in person and over the phone.
4. You are confident, well-presented, and understand the importance of exceptional customer service.
5. You have previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to the unique needs of each customer.
6. You are confident in supporting our loyal customer base while actively building and nurturing new relationships, both in person and by phone.
7. Personality is key to success in this role, so we’re looking for enthusiastic, engaging individuals who enjoy interacting with customers.
8. No prior knowledge of the art world is required, as we offer comprehensive training to help you build expertise.
9. A driving license is desirable.
10. This role includes moderate physical duties, and you should be comfortable with such tasks as part of your daily responsibilities.
