Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week working 5 over 7 days (some Saturday working on a rostered basis). No Sundays!
Role overview:
As a White Goods Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively, mainly working independently.
2. Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers’ homes.
3. Applying technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
4. Building our reputation as a home services expert.
Building rapport with customers is essential, as you'll be welcomed into their homes to repair and service appliances, ensuring a positive experience.
You will need:
* Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
* Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
