Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Launch and Project Management – 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
The Launch and Change Management department ensures the successful introduction of product changes into Rolls-Royce production. It is responsible for the steering and introduction of all vehicle product changes including launch, series and bespoke changes, as well as the creation and maintenance of the bill of material for in-house production and a successful introduction of bespoke products and processes. Our team is seeking one intern to join from July 2025.
What awaits you?
1. Support the team members in project management for new product introductions.
2. Be involved in the successful launch of pre-series cars and prototype builds.
3. Collaborate with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars.
4. Take responsibility for your own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team.
5. Support the team manager with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
6. Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering or Business course.
7. Basic understanding of complex processes in relation to automotive technologies as well as automotive manufacturing.
8. Experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
9. Able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
10. Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
11. Able to work in a high quality demanded environment.
