IT Support Engineer
Location: Reading
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £35-40,000 + excellent benefits
Highly successful, global organisation is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to work in their busy IT team. Primarily you will be providing face to face and remote support to end users. There will also be opportunities to undertake challenging projects and extend your skill set and experience in various areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide face to face and remote support to end users.
2. Manage servicedesk and ticketing systems.
3. Work on Windows 10/11 desktop support.
4. Support Microsoft 365 core technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office Apps, and general admin).
5. Assist with Windows 2012R2 Server and later releases.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least a CompTIA+ or equivalent certification.
2. 3+ years of experience in the sector.
3. Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
The office is based in Reading and you must be prepared to travel to the office 5 days per week.
