We have an exciting opportunity to become our new Hospitality Duty Manager at one of our sites in Oxford, OX1.

We are looking for someone with experience in Hospitality Management that can inspire and motivate their team yet retain a hands-on approach to the operations. You will head up the team and build on successes to deliver the highest standards of food and customer service across the site.
The role requires someone who is commercially minded with the ability to demonstrate a track record of developing efficient and cost effective processes and that you have first class communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all hospitality services are delivered to the highest standards.
2. Ensure that all customer requirements are delivered.
3. Manage labour budget.
4. Excellent people management and communication skills.
5. Proven experience in managing successful teams.
6. Be able to create bespoke Hospitality offers.
7. Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results.
8. Able to work in a pressurised environment and be able to multi-task.
9. Understanding of P&L accounts.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. LOVE food, and love working in a team.
2. Have good customer service skills and strong communication skills.
3. Strong premium hospitality experience in another venue.
4. Local knowledge and experience working in the area.
5. A passion for exceptional service is essential.
6. Strong understanding of service styles, food trends.
7. A passion for training and development.
