Job Title: Access & Security Electrical Project Manager
Location: Egham, Surrey / Hybrid working
Salary: £60K - £65K
The Role:
1. Handle multiple projects effectively
2. Proactive problem solving
3. Conduct surveys and turn them into quotations
4. Produce monthly financial reports on projects
5. Excellent communication skills; team player but able to work independently
6. Visit site to ensure quality standards are met and maintain client relationships
7. Manage high-end clients
8. Produce RAMS and Permits
9. Maintain internal/external documentation
The Company:
1. 34+ years of experience delivering electrical installation projects in the UK
2. Specializes in Access Control, CCTV, Security Detection, Alarms, Infrastructure Cabling, Intruder Detection, Power and Data Infrastructure
3. Strong presence within the airport environment, particularly Heathrow Airport, conducting installation and maintenance of specialist systems for Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
4. Offices based in Egham, Surrey
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience delivering electrical installation projects
2. Valid SMSTS/SSSTS certification
3. Valid ECS certification
4. Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
5. Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
