I am working alongside a leading subcontractor who operates out of their office in Bristol servicing the South West, South Coast, and London.
Due to further growth this year, they are now looking to add a Health and Safety Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
3. Develop and implement safety procedures and policies.
4. Train staff on health and safety practices.
5. Challenge and improve existing safety procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in Construction is essential.
2. NEBOSH qualification required.
3. Valid driving license is essential due to regular travel to various sites.
This role will suit a strong individual who is comfortable challenging procedures and driving safety and compliance on site.
