I’m partnered with a huge organisation that is looking to find a Customer Support Representative to help maintain a high quality of customer service!
This business is looking for a new Customer Support Representative to become a great problem solver and to help complete customer needs to a high standard. This business will train you to a high competent standard to ensure your skills are maximised.
Day-to-day of the role for the Customer Support Representative:
* Dealing with customer requirements via verbal and written communication
* Understanding the full enquiry of the customer then dealing with this in an appropriate manner
* Carrying out full responses to ensure the customer is satisfied
* Having a reactive and polite ethic when dealing with all customers
* Dealing with unhappy customers to help resolve and retain business
Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Support Representative:
* A good capability of typing out responses and dealing with customers over the phone
* Excellent telephone manner
* A basic understanding of computers/IT, being able to type efficiently
* GCSE or equivalent in English
* Previous customer service experience is required
