Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our dynamic PCN team, working alongside five practices within Northern Parishes Primary Care Network (PCN). This role offers a unique opportunity to experience both PCN level working and practice working, providing high-quality GP-related activities and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will be within 2 years of GP qualification and will have the opportunity to enjoy a fulfilling role as a member of our team. We will consider applications for between 6-8 sessions, with a start date of as soon as possible. This post will be employed through the Network Contract DES initially on a fixed term contract up until 31 March 2026, which may be extended subject to ongoing availability of ARRS funding. The salary will be up to £9,150 per session. Visa sponsorship may be available Main duties of the job The GP will undertake a variety of duties governed by the GMS contract and objectives of Enhanced services including: In person consultations Telephone consultations Visiting patients in nursing homes and supporting Individualised Advanced Care Plans and End of Life care. Supporting and optimising CVD prevention in the wider Northern Parishes population alongside Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist team. Offering clinical support to other ARRS colleagues, helping the team meet high standards in patient care.
