Are you a Marketing Manager with a background in fast-moving consumer good (FMCG) looking for an opportunity to join a well-established business where you can demonstrate your innovative marketing knowledge?

The Role:
1. Develop, create, and implement customer marketing plans for the UK Grocery & Convenience channel, ensuring alignment with brand and channel strategies to support a three-year portfolio vision.
2. Work closely with customer marketing partners and agencies to execute marketing activities.
3. Oversee a full mix of marketing initiatives, including retailer media, e-commerce, fixture visibility, off-shelf displays, and POS materials.
4. Assist sales teams in building strategic partnerships and present customer marketing plans with creativity and confidence.
5. Develop e-commerce programs to support customer and brand growth.
6. Assess the ROI of marketing activities, communicate plans to the commercial team, and manage annual investment forecasting for effective budget oversight.
The Person:
1. Experience in a similar position with the FMCG industry or Food/Drinks sector.
2. A degree or similar in business/marketing.
3. Previous experience in a management position.
4. Full driving license.
