Are you a passionate and experienced Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher with the ambition to lead a dynamic department? We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join a progressive secondary school in Langley, Buckinghamshire. If you have a strong background in MFL, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to foster a love of languages in students, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the MFL department and develop innovative teaching strategies.
2. Ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the department.
3. Monitor and evaluate student progress and implement interventions as necessary.
4. Support and mentor MFL staff to enhance their professional development.
5. Engage with parents and the community to promote language learning.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching MFL at secondary level.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
