Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in streamlining processes, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering operational improvements. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight: Take ownership of small to medium-sized operational projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness across functions.
3. Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve challenges to keep projects and operations on track.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior management, business units, and external partners to align operational strategies and execute initiatives successfully.
5. Results-Driven Delivery: Focus on achieving tangible outcomes, with a hands-on approach to ensure success.
6. Task Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of tasks within projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
7. Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to improve operational processes and share best practices across the organisation.

Experience & Skills:
1. Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
2. Strong track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
4. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while effectively balancing priorities.
5. Practical understanding of project and process management tools, focusing on outcomes over rigid methodologies.
