C-Screens was established in 2014 with the main aim to help agencies and advertisers extend their linear TV campaigns into live outdoor AV environments delivering premium content. C-Screens prides itself on working with a range of different events, sites, landowners, venues & rights holders to deliver a fantastic customer experience to their visitors, through sport, films and entertainment.
The Role
The Account Manager will play a critical role in the Landowner client account management team to ensure key client relationships are maintained and KPI’s are successfully delivered. You will support the wider events team with efficient logistical planning and work collaboratively within the dynamic Landowner team to encourage growth in this sector of the business.
Duties
1. To run the day-to-day C-Screens sport networks including Football Stadia, Grassroots Football and support the events team across C-Screens’ Summer Live showcasing the most premium sports of the summer. This includes managing any new networks in the sport and leisure sector.
2. Process all media bookings and admin that is required to maintain accurate revenues accrued across all sports channels.
3. Explore and present sales opportunities to wider teams within the business to take to market or gain upsell.
4. Ensure all advertising materials are distributed correctly across the network within agreed deadlines.
5. Remain up-to-date with all club fixtures, industry news and liaise with stakeholders to deliver and report on media campaigns.
6. Point-of-contact for any ad-hoc requests from landowners/rightsholders and check in with the team regularly with live updates.
7. Assist with pre, live and post-event management logistics including screen build/de-rig days, client entertainment, marketing & PR assignments.
8. Assist with the logistics for any client activation or experiential events that occur at a particular site during C-Screens events.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently liaise with different teams internally and externally.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines, including willingness to work on out-of-hours projects.
5. An innovative team-player who can be flexible, work collaboratively and be accountable.
6. Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to use initiative to execute different tasks effectively. The candidate can work well under pressure and remain calm within the live event environment.
7. Presentable, polite and well-mannered individual who is efficient and takes pride in their work.
8. Shows a strong desire to learn more about how to contribute to the overall success of the business.
9. A good understanding of the commercial sports landscape, sporting events calendar and broadcaster rights.
Education & Qualifications
1. Educated to Degree level in Sports Management, Media or similar field.
2. Experience in account management within a media/partnerships role.
3. High-level Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Skills, and a confidence to present internally and externally.
4. Good numeracy skills and comfortable managing financial obligations of the role.
