The Role:
The Assistant Service Manager will:
1. Deputise for the Service Manager in operational duties, including customer account review meetings.
2. Handle operational duties such as invoicing and quoting for works.
3. Support the Regional Manager in developing new sales opportunities.
4. Lead, coach, and support the Service staff team to deliver top-notch customer service.
5. Manage Service Technicians' activities to meet budgetary targets and customer expectations.
6. Manage relationships across the Service division to achieve National Service Account KPIs.
7. Improve data management and process systems in collaboration with the IT department.
8. Resolve Warranty & Contractual issues with the contracts department.
