Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement stimulating activities that align with the EYFS curriculum.
2. Provide a nurturing environment that promotes children's well-being and development.
3. Conduct regular observations and assessments to track each child's progress.
4. Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
Requirements:
6. Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
7. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
8. Previous experience in a nursery or similar Early Years setting.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
