The role Our development programme and shared ownership team are at the forefront of building and delivering new homes to those in housing need, and also for people looking to purchase a share in a home through shared ownership. Your primary focus will be on post-sales services, including resales, staircasing (allowing people to buy a bigger share of their home), mortgage approvals, and the right to repair. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with customers in their homeownership journey. Day to day, you’ll be the first point of contact for existing shared ownership customers, handling initial enquiries and providing clear, accurate information about our after sales services. You'll coordinate the marketing and sale of resale homes and progress sales. As the successful candidate, you’ll thrive in a customer-focused environment and enjoy working in a collaborative team setting, knowing that you’re contributing to the success of our shared ownership programme.
