This West Midlands based Housing Association is transforming its approach to put technology right at the heart of all its business solutions. As Senior Business Analyst, you will turn high-level stakeholder conversations into technical solutions for new technology projects and products.
Sitting within the technology group you will support the drive to deliver ever-improving, high quality services to housing tenants through technology. A specific early focus of your role will be around introducing new systems, processes, and delivering change.
You will have the opportunity to work across different team’s requirement gathering and completing process analysis. Working with technical and non-technical specialists to translate requirements into effective solutions, so this is a great opportunity to make a real impact and drive meaningful change across the organisation.
As Senior Business Analyst, a key focus of your role will be to:
* Partner with key stakeholders to elicit requirements to enable effective change and improved services.
* Deliver and support the production of functional and non-functional requirements, business process mapping/modelling, and technology changes.
* Create solution designs for technology change and systems implementations.
* Work across technology projects and on programmes to drive business change.
* Create great working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and delivery.
* Lead, coach and mentor Business Analysts
You would be a great fit as a Senior Business Analyst if you have:
* Significant experience in undertaking business analysis within Technology
* Experience of systems implementation and optimisation
* Experience in the creation of business cases for change and proven experience of business requirements definition leading to technology implementation
* Experience in managing workload and delivering high quality outcomes
* Great stakeholder management abilities and an analytical mindset
