We are actively seeking a Guest Services Assistant who will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey. You’ll be the first to greet our guests so strong customer service skills are a must!
Rooming our guests on arrival and providing them with information on the hotel, local amenities and services will be key tasks in this exciting role.

The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for ....................
* Meeting and greeting guests to ensure they receive a warm welcome, and are provided with all the relevant information they need for their stay
* Manage arrivals and departure process, ensuring that all guest and function accounts are correct and settled at the time of departure
* To provide consistent and personal guest service that creates repeat custom
* Anticipate the guest needs, respond promptly and create innovative solutions to any issues that may arise
* To provide courteous and professional service, using guests’ names at every opportunity
