Job summary The role of senior clinical manager vaccination operations is a key role within the organisation. This role will support the Head of IPC and Vaccinations to manage the day to day running of the covid vaccination program, support planning for delegation of section 7a immunisations and the implementation of the national vaccination strategy. We are looking for a passionate and skilled clinician with a strong operational background to lead across the ICB. The vaccinations services across BOB perform consistently in the top ICBs across the country and this is an opportunity for the right individual to support the system leadership of this portfolio. This role would suit either a Pharmacist or Nurse (other AHPs would be considered if experience was suitable) who has had practical experience of delivering complex vaccination programmes, ensuring clinical oversight of incidents, patient safety and quality assuring providers within the system. This role will support the ICB to test and strengthen outbreak responses that require vaccination as part of system preparedness.
