Our client is a dynamic and busy commercial B2B business. You will be based in a lively office environment alongside a small on-site team. We are looking for someone reliable, flexible in their working approach, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This role is ideal for a strong administrator looking to develop further within a finance support position. You will be responsible for a mix of administration and finance support tasks, with full training provided on systems. Duties: Chasing purchase orders (POs) and invoices Managing basic accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks Dealing with internal and external finance queries Inputting and maintaining information within bespoke system Using Excel for reporting and data management Supporting the wider finance and office team as needed Requirements: Strong administrative skills Some prior experience or understanding of basic finance processes (AR/AP) preferred Comfortable using systems and databases Good working knowledge of Excel Able to travel to the office 5 days per week Please apply for a chance to be considered
