We are recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant to work at our Clitheroe and Barnoldswick branches. This is a multi-site role and you will be required to work in both locations.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Engaging, understanding, and identifying customer needs through asking great questions and listening to customers’ specific circumstances.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch with enthusiasm and a desire to help.
* Proactively contacting customers over the phone to identify and discuss their needs.
* Educating customers on a range of products and services.
* Using internal systems to ensure customer records are accurately maintained.
* Adhering to appropriate policies, standards, controls, and limits of authority applicable to your role.
