Job Role: Administrator
Salary: Up to £25k DOE
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours a week)
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a successful property management company who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their administration team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and play a vital role in supporting their property managers and ensure smooth office operations.
What will the role involve?
Dealing with and resolving customer queries
Answering incoming calls and diverting to the correct department
Sending letters and emails to customers and staff
Managing office supplies and ordering stationery
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Processing payments
Providing administration support to property managers
Sending out job sheets/purchase orders
Performing other general office duties as needed.
The successful Administrator will meet the following criteria:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer service or administrative experience
Experience within the property industry would be desirable but not essential
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
