The building is made up of 338 apartments, wonderful communal spaces where the heart and soul of the building comes alive and, of course, the best site team that are always ready and rearing to deliver world class customer service. The team are at the heart of the development. You may be the first person the resident sees in the morning, the one they share life changing news with or a friendly face that they see every day after work The Blossoms is all about resident experience. You can be in central London in 15 minutes with direct links to Victoria and London Bridge stations. It is surrounded by mouthwatering eateries, paying particular focus to BoxPark and is in one of London’s up and coming vibrant spots. This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated and high achieving operational team at the peak of service delivery and management. Right now, we are looking to find exceptional Night Community Hosts to join our Build To Rent team at our property. Our Night Community Hosts are fundamental in creating a superb first and lasting impression of our community for all residents and visitors. You will be central to creating the “Native identity”. Your role will be a varied one and your objective will be to achieve resident retention and satisfaction, whilst ensuring the site is in great condition as well as safe. You will be expected to carry out instrumental site checks during your night shift, which will include checking our fire alarm panels remain error free, inspecting any areas when the alarm is activated, and taking the appropriate safety precautions to ensure all is well. During your site walks you will be visiting not only the site’s front of house and amenities, but also our various plant rooms across the 2 towers, which will also include checking our external areas. As part of being a Community Host for The Blossoms, you will also be assisting the day team evening resident events, lease administrative tasks, enquiries management, and the occasional leasing tour for those clients who can only visit after 7pm. If you’re ready to be our next Native, you’ll probably: • Have experience across the following areas: residential services, guest relations, security, use of CCTV cameras, general knowledge of sites residential maintenance needs, or experience assisting facilities to some degree. • Be proficiency in executing exceptional customer service within a customer facing role, who thrives in contributing to the site community culture. • Have excellent written and spoken English and the desire to develop your leasing experience if not previously exposed to leasing. • Be IT savvy and possess good IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system). • Have excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term residents and team members. • Be an efficient and organised individual comfortable with night shifts and site walks. • Be able to work exceptionally well as an individual during the night shifts, whilst maintaining good contact with the day team. • Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures. • Has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature, especially when dealing with security sensitive related issues.
