This home is a 26 bedded residential home for the elderly (55) with dementia needs and is supported by a Deputy Manager, Senior RSW's, RSW's, night staff, kitchen staff, an Activity Coordinator and a Handyman owned by two Owners. This company also owns other care services such as homecare and more. This home has recently had a brand-new refurb. What do you need to apply; Ideally you will hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management however a Level 3 in Health and Social Care is a minimum. Ideally you will currently be a Registered Care Home Manager for 5 years or have held over 5 years of strong Deputy Home Manager experience (or have held a Registered Care Home Manager role in your work history). Ideally you will be a driver with access to your own car as there are no public transport routes or you live very closely to the home. No travel needed once you are within the home. It is essential that you have a hard working and dedicated work attitude to both your staff and your resident’s care.
