Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow clients' instructions exactly and accurately process clients' projects, working within strict time constraints and deadlines.
2. Communicate and interact with clients in a professional, positive and courteous manner.
3. Process PowerPoint presentations, financial statements, legal documents, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, tab masters, spreadsheets, etc.
4. Effectively use the software outlined below to create and produce completed documents using templates, charts, graphs, complex tables, formulas, macros, and mail merges. Use job tracking software to log in and out of all tasks assigned for internal tracking purposes.
5. Check work for errors.
6. Meet deadlines.
7. Schedule documents according to procedure and act as project coordinator to certain jobs when necessary.
8. Understand and accurately utilize the data collection process.
9. Exhibit professional decorum at all times.
10. Communicate effectively with other associates.
Job Requirements:
1. Holder of a high diploma and/or above with at least 1 year of word processing experience (Fresh graduates also considered).
2. Type a minimum of 75 wpm in English/50 cpm in Chinese with a high level of accuracy.
3. Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
4. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
5. Strong computer skills in MS Office 2010/2016, Photoshop CC2015/CC2018, Illustrator CC2015/CC2018; cover and template design experience is highly preferred.
6. Flexibility to work on afternoon/night shift/weekend shift schedule.
