Leading the Property Services team for the Non-Detained Asylum Accommodation team as you work on the critical infrastructure necessary to support exit from hotel accommodation, your focus in this vital role will be on delivering a core stock of housing and associated property services. Responsible for all aspects of acquisition and disposal activities, including property and financial due diligence as well as Health and Safety compliance, you’ll work with other teams in our organisation to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes on time, budget and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Home Office Property Services group, the HO Minster’s private office, legal representatives and teams within our asylum function to deliver acquisitions and property related services, you’ll work with finance colleagues to establish, review and deliver new budgets. Delivering estates, legal and planning solutions to reduce the government’s annual liability through the creation of a low cost, scalable and effective Non-Detained accommodation portfolio.
