Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user. By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a teenage boy in Peterlee, Durham. Our service user is very sociable and loves spending time with his family, friends and care team. He also enjoys going to the Alan Shearer centre where he takes part in a variety of sensory based activities.
Your role? To provide specialist care, remain vigilant to his needs, and manage his clinical care as required. You will provide comfort, offer reassurance, and create a soothing environment to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Please note, our service user’s parents have specifically requested female staff for their team.

Pay Rates:
* £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
* Approx. £135.00 - £150.00 (per 10-hour night shift)
Shifts Available:
* Full Time Nights
* 9pm - 7am
* 3 Shifts Per Week
Essential Experience:
* 3 months previous care experience
* Medication Administration
* Personal Care
* Moving and Handling
* Clear Communication Skills
