Overview: Lyca Mobile is in search of a proactive and highly organised Operations Assistant to assist the PF Director of Strategic Partnerships in the management and optimisation of our telecommunications channel operations. The successful candidate will contribute to the channel's efficiency and performance by assisting in the daily operations, logistics coordination, administration, and communication.
Principal Duties:
Operational Support: Provide assistance in the supervision of daily operations within the PF Channel to guarantee the efficient and seamless execution of procedures. Manage schedules, perform administrative duties, and offer logistical assistance.
Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Director of Strategic Partnerships, team members, and external partners. Guarantee timely updates on project statuses and effective communication at all levels.
Data Management: Regularly update and maintain operational records, such as compliance requirements, performance data, and contract documentation.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate consistent reports on channel performance, emphasising both successes and areas for improvement. Assist in the analysis of operational data to facilitate the decision-making process.
Project Assistance: Provide assistance with the planning and execution of projects, including the management of timelines, the allocation of resources, and the monitoring of milestones. Organise project meetings and record their results.
Vendor Interaction: Facilitate the timely delivery of services and resolve any potential issues by collaborating with service providers and vendors.
Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all channel operations adhere to the company's and legal standards. Provide assistance in the preparation of documents that are necessary for regulatory submissions.
Innovation Support: Assist in the identification and execution of innovative solutions and process improvements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the channel.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Demonstrated operational experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
The capacity to prioritise tasks effectively, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.
Capable of effectively collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and well-versed in project management software.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Desirable Qualifications: Proficiency in CRM software.
Experience with the regulations and practices of the telecommunications industry.
