Bespak is looking for a Head of Customer Relationships. This position covers both our Kings Lynn (PE30 2JJ) and Holmes Chapel (CW4 8BE) facilities, with the successful candidate having the option to be based within a commutable distance of either location. The salary range for this hybrid role is between £80k and £85k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Working Pattern We offer flexible working hours between 8am and 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. As Head of Customer Relations, you'll lead the team, fostering a strong customer-focused culture and ensuring both Bespak and customer needs are met. As a Head of Customer Relationships, duties will include: Lead the customer relations team and create a positive customer-focused culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts. Oversee departmental budget and revenue forecasting. Identify and address risks and opportunities within customer accounts. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet customer needs. Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring excellent service delivery. Head of Customer Relationships, desirable key skills and experience: Proven experience in a senior, strategic customer-facing role in a regulated environment. A strong track record of exceeding targets and KPIs. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. The ability to build strong relationships with your team and customers. Qualifications/degree in a relevant field (business, science, or engineering preferred). Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in sales forecasting and demand planning.
