Job Description
A highly reputable law firm in Doncaster are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Property or Residential Legal Secretary to join their high performing and friendly Commercial Property department.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organization, and file management
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emails
* Dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client care
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
* Conducting legal research and preparing reports
* Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a legal secretary in Residential or Commercial Property
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures
