Join our team at Exertis UK as an Accounts Payable Transactional Clerk where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Accounts Payable, transaction processing, query resolution, and building relationships with suppliers.
As part of the team, you’ll:
1. Process AP transactions and resolve queries: Efficiently handle invoices, credit notes, and debit notes while ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies.
2. Maintain supplier relationships and reconciliations: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support supplier statement reconciliations, and address account discrepancies.
3. Ensure accurate and organised AP records: Contribute to maintaining well-organised documentation and up-to-date data for easy accessibility.
4. Support day-to-day AP operations: Assist in the smooth running of the AP function through proactive teamwork and efficient task management.
