Are you an experienced workforce planning and information specialist ready for the next exciting step in your career? We're searching for an Assistant Director of Workforce – Systems, Planning and Transformation to join our high-performing, and forward-thinking team in the newly created Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Trust and provide strategic leadership to the People function and the wider organisation in people systems, planning and transformation. We're dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care, and putting our people at the heart of everything we do. Working closely with the Deputy Chief People Officer, you'll drive our workforce transformation agenda forward and be integral to building a strong, inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and be at their best.
A strong communicator and analytical thinker, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop our approaches to workforce planning and transformation. You will be prepared to constructively challenge the status quo, understand that our staff really are our greatest asset, and actively seek to deliver innovative solutions that support patient care through improved sustainability and productivity. With a strong focus on new workforce solutions, systems, and analytics, you’ll get to influence positive change in our services and across the system.
Highly motivated and organised, you will be a senior leader in the people team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across all our teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. You will take forward our workforce planning agenda, actively working alongside our people team and with managers across the organisation to find solutions to support patient care in the most efficient ways possible, and will also play a pivotal role in the development of new systems and solutions to drive improvement across services.
