In Day Scheduler Hourly Rate: £12.02 Location: Lincoln Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm Join the team at in Lincoln as an In Day Scheduler. This role is crucial for delivering business-critical services, ensuring that both planned and reactive work is scheduled effectively to meet business performance targets. Initially office-based, this position offers a transition to a hybrid working model after passing a probation period of approximately 5-6 months. Day-to-day of the role: Take ownership of today’s and tomorrow’s work schedules, ensuring all work is completed within the agreed timescale. Prioritise and deploy reactive work according to the priority matrix to field resources via telephone, complying with health and safety guidelines. Ensure resources have the availability to complete the work and remove any tasks that cannot be completed as planned. Escalate high priority work that cannot be deployed to the relevant teams. Maintain communication with both internal and external customers to keep them informed and realign expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Well-organised with excellent administration skills. Ability to work effectively within a team while managing your own workload. Strong communication skills at all levels with both internal and external customers.
