PMO Analyst

Vanloq are currently recruiting for a PMO analyst for out financial services client on a permanent bases. The PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring project teams have the necessary management information to drive the change agenda. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end change request process and serving as the primary point of contact across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while also identifying and mitigating risks and interdependencies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the change request process from initiation to completion.
2. Support project and program planning activities.
3. Ensure quality assurance by providing accurate and complete governance inputs.
4. Oversee RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions) management.
5. Prepare and deliver reports as required.
6. Support program governance meetings.
7. Produce management information, insights, and dashboards to report on project and program performance, portfolio balance, risks, issues, and optimization opportunities.
8. Manage financial aspects, including third-party costs.
9. Maintain accurate portfolio and project records to support budgeting and resource planning.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within a professional or regulated environment, with strong knowledge of cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder interactions.
2. Strong proficiency in dependency and risk management.
3. Relevant project management accreditation (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
4. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is a bonus.
5. Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
