About the people we support:
**Sarah** is in her 60's and she is a very lively, loud and a social butterfly. She loves music, going for walks, to day centres, going to local cafes for a coffee. **Sarah** is very much into social interactions and accessing things in the local community.
**Sarah** is looking for a support worker who can match her lively personality but also have a calming and patient nature to provide the emotional support when experiencing behaviours of distress.
**John** is in his 50's and loves films and DVDs, he likes getting creative doing arts and crafts and attends swimming once a week, which he thoroughly enjoys.
**John** is looking for someone who is kind, and patient with a good sense of humour and be happy to join in the activities he enjoys. You must be prepared to go swimming with him and support him into the water.
They have learning disabilities and mobility needs and we're supporting them to live independently within their own home.
What will I be doing?
Day to day you will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose & to achieve their goals.
Support will include personal care, wheelchair assistance, medication administration, meal preparation, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry

What shifts are available?
Day Shifts: 10am - 3pm
Evening Shifts: 3pm - 8pm
Long Day Sleep shifts: 9am - 9am the following day
Sleep-in Shifts - Paid at £45 per shift
We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends.
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we're really passionate about!
