Continued growth has led this engineering contracts coordination business to recruit for a customer services administrator to join their team. Working within a team of 4 as part of a wider team of 18, with the full support of a management team, this office will see you working within a team orientated culture:
Responding professionally to telephone and email orders and enquiries from both internal and external contacts
Ensuring all orders are taken correctly, accurately and in a timely manner
Trouble shooting as and when required, to ensure customer's expectations are met
From information provided by the engineer, identifying parts required and sourcing from the most competitive supplier
Ensuring the database is updated in a timely way, with accurate notes taken whilst dealing with the call and before processing the order
Raising quotations as requested, from preferred suppliers at the most competitive price
Assisting with pricing, part numbering and sourcing of parts as necessary to fulfil customer orders
Supporting management with warranty queries and requests
