Job Description
The role will be responsible for the pro-active monitoring of data creation in our client’s repertoire and rights systems and the communication of deadlines to the relevant business teams to ensure that their rights are asserted against their content in a timely fashion and release dates are not missed due to incomplete rights data. This role will also assist with tracking issues the business raises relating to missing rights data.
Key tasks include:
* Pro-actively monitor rights data capture for upcoming projects and releases
* Communicate and track gaps in rights data prioritised against release dates
* Monitor the rights support helpdesk (internal) for issues and requests raised
* Triage issues, pass them on to the appropriate repertoire owner, log and track them through to completion plus completion communication back to the originator
* Raise issues with technical support team as appropriate
* Track systematic notifications to the business support teams and inform users of any resulting tasks/issues
* Provide guidance in use of systems and advise on data standards and best practice to end users
* Transfer contracts between companies as requested by business
* Co-ordinate repertoire ownership and data amendments with repertoire teams
This role is an inside IR35 contract - the rate is £160 per day (equivalent of £32,000 per annum)
