Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Senior Artworker who understands the finer details, gets under the skin of a design, and can roll out the vision with confidence. Your skills will span a variety of print and digital outputs from annual reporting to brand collateral and campaign comms.
You will demonstrate your skills through a portfolio of work showcasing your best work and range of abilities.
What we’d like to see
1. Someone who can understand a design system and the design vision to deliver projects to completion to the highest standard and craft.
2. Demonstrates an eye for detail in typography, layout and graphics, understanding and creating brand guidelines compliant artwork.
3. Works methodically and accurately at pace and under pressure. Takes the initiative to push projects forward and seek advice and input when needed.
4. A reliable support, taking direction from the Production Manager, Designers and Account Directors.
5. Can-do and positive attitude.
6. Great time management.
7. Can oversee multiple projects.
8. Has previously worked on Annual Reports, familiar with building financial tables and working with data driven graphs.
9. Has the essential technical skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office, plus working knowledge of Wdesk although training can be provided. Other software knowledge is a plus and there is opportunity to learn additional software platforms in the role such as CtrlPrint.
Where you fit in
You will be part of a wider Design and Production team, working closely with Account Directors and Designers.

At the moment there is flexible working but with the expectation that at least 3 days is spent in the studio.
