We are looking for a talented and hardworking individual to join our Production Team at our CAME KMS offices in High Wycombe!
The Production Assistant role is an opportunity for someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to embed with the existing team. Working together to cover all production responsibilities, including:
1. Assembly, testing, and packaging the complete range of Came KMS access control hardware.
2. Work with existing procedures and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production and daily dispatch processes.
3. Collaborate with production team members to meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure all equipment meets our exacting high delivery standards.
5. Support inventory management activities by monitoring and checking stock levels, stock replenishment, organising incoming materials and storage areas.
6. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to ensure safety compliance and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
7. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with production equipment or assembly processes and participate in implementing solutions.
8. Other general support as needed, including material handling, equipment setup, cycle counting, and stock control.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working within a production environment, but in the main, we are looking for somebody who is a strong team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail and an enthusiasm to learn! … we can teach you the rest!

In addition to a salary and bonus package of up to £24,000 (basic salary £22,800) per annum depending on experience, you will receive complementary company attire and PPE, company pension and 25 days annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing with length of service up to 28 days a year.
