Arc Inspirations are on the lookout for a new Business Development Manager to join our amazing team Who are we? At ARC we consist of 3 brands; Banyan, Manahatta and BOX. We currently operate 19 locations across the UK and with plans to open more venues in 2025, we aren’t slowing down anytime soon This role will oversee our Banyan and Manahatta venues in Newcastle. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate pre-booked sales and engage with business partners to build new relationships for the company. They must have: Strong & vibrant personality – Hungry to do well & passionate about sales. The ability to work independently and be self-driven. Vast knowledge and understanding of pre-booked sales. The ability to lead and manage several events simultaneously. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organisational skills. Experience within the hospitality industry is essential. Responsibilities in the role: Identify partnership opportunities. Maintain existing and develop new business. Pro-actively drive awareness to the corporate market and local businesses. Plan & coordinate internal events to achieve objectives. Identify and understand the business needs and objectives to identify new sales opportunities. Coordinate liaison between sales and other key departments. Report & review weekly, monthly and quarterly activity and sales ensuring these are in line with set KPIs. Why Join us?
