Who We’re Looking For We’re now looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager with 4 years of experience to join us in our mission to enhance the online shopping experience and drive continuous improvements to the user experience, conversion and revenue/profitability performance. In this role, you will identify key improvement areas, and work closely with external developers and UX/UI experts and track projects from conception to execution to bring ideas to life. You'll be responsible for everything from prioritisation to testing plans - ensuring the site is always optimised for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is an ecommerce generalist passionate about driving growth, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross functionally. Key Responsibilities Website Management: Take ownership of our website, own our DTC website strategy, monitoring website performance, analyzing and optimising customer journey, manage day-to-day website activities, site merchandising etc. Subscription management: Oversee subscription management solution covering subscription workflows, cancellation flow, bulk updates & the account management portal Campaign Delivery: Planning, briefing and executing campaigns across the website, working with the broader team to get the right assets. Planning and executing on site promotions, managing the discounting and pricing strategy User Experience Optimisation: Identify and scope new features or optimisations and ensure an exceptional customer experience by optimising the website's usability, design, and functionality to increase website performance. Combine an A/B testing roadmap to enhance the online shopping journey and improve overall site performance Analysis & Reporting: Own the data analysis of the website to identify opportunities from tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar and Shopify (and through customer research). Build an understanding of customer behaviour to drive future decision making External Agency Management: Collaborate with external developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of backlog items. Monitor site performance and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operation Own the backlog: Maintain and prioritise a dynamic list of website improvements, balancing quick wins and long-term projects Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the internal go-to person for website operations and performance tracking. Work with the creative, product and operations team to optimise our product suite and listings across Shopify & Amazon in the UK and EU Skills & Experience While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include: Proven experience: 4 years working at a high growth DTC ecommerce brand in a similar role, ideally within a consumer brand and managing projects to optimise websites for customers Strong commercial and trade experience, with a deep understanding of the key levers to pull throughout the marketing funnel to drive growth within e-commerce Technical Skills: Proficient in a range of ecommerce tools e.g Shopify, Google Analytics, Hot Jar etc Creative Enthusiasm: A creative mind passionate about producing exceptional content that captures the essence of health and wellness.
