An exciting opportunity has arisen in our NW&Y Geography for an experienced team Assistant to be based in Liverpool, to provide robust and proactive support to all team members, including leaders. Watch this short clip to discover how Arup are shaping a better world and how you could be a part of it The Opportunity This is a pivotal support role within a busy office and will make a significant impact on how the team operates and engages with our clients. The role will involve being the ‘go to’ person within the teams, working closely alongside the Personal Assistant for the Office Leader but with your own responsibilities within the teams, supporting and enabling colleagues to produce quality deliverables and ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for supporting the team in project administrative activities in line with client requirements – this may include high-profile project work as well as routine administrative tasks, for example supporting on workload spreadsheets, or supporting the project team in adhering to internal procedures. Producing high-quality documents in line with the Arup brand for internal or external purposes, proofreading content to ensure consistency and style, editing and making suggestions for improvements to text and presentations, preparing draft PowerPoint presentations if required. Working collaboratively with both project and business development and marketing teams in work-winning activities - preparing bids, PQQs and preparing supporting documentation such as CVs, project sheets, etc. Is this role right for you? We are looking for people who: Demonstrate experience in a similar role, ideally in professional services, multi-disciplinary environment. Demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint skills and ideally SharePoint. Have an excellent communication style, both written and verbal.
