Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to be based in our Aberdeen office, carrying out operations within a port environment on behalf of offshore energy clients. Some out of hours work may be required on an ad hoc basis.
What you’ll be doing
* Receiving and unpacking material deliveries, in conjunction with Warehouse personnel.
* Line checking of material deliveries.
* Extracting and loading materials for transport, in conjunction with Warehouse personnel.
* Keeping accurate records of materials in / out.
* Interface between Agency Dept., Freight Dept. and Warehouse for ships spares receipt / delivery.
* Delivering items to vessels / collecting items from vessels.
* Occasional quayside attendance.
* Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Other requirements
* Current, clean, UK valid driving licence
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Confident, self-starter with the ability to communicate well with a wide range of individuals
* Ability to produce and maintain accurate paperwork
* Confident in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
* Experience of working within a positive health and safety culture
