We are currently working with a social enterprise organisation in Bolton who are looking for a Cashier Administrator to offer temporary support to the team. The role will be covering sickness. Paying GBP12.02 per hour, working hours 9am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday. Immediate opportunity. Weekly pay.
What will you be doing as a Cashier Administrator?
1. Working on the main members reception desk, meeting and greeting clients who use the service.
2. Working on the cashier desk.
3. Dealing with cash withdrawals as well as deposits.
4. Confirming membership IDs.
5. Inputting data on inhouse system and on an excel spreadsheet.
6. Maintaining and updating membership and loan applications.
7. Dealing with phone calls and taking payments over the phone.
8. Reconciling payments at the end of each day ensuring things balance with the float.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Cash handling experience or must be comfortable with handling cash.
3. Strong people skills.
4. Assertive - able to deal with difficult situations.
5. Organised.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Competent using IT systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
