How you’ll make a difference
As a Lean Portfolio Manager, you will be an integral member of the LPM function, supporting embedding agile delivery and principles across the organisation, ensuring that we optimise flow, build a continuous lean governance and improvement culture, and deliver innovative outcomes that align with our strategic business goals.
As part of the LPM function, your role will involve supporting facilitation and adoption of key ceremonies and processes within a scaled agile framework; capturing, defining and reviewing key defined metrics across the portfolio, as well as supporting on ongoing strategic alignment across the wider enterprise portfolio. It requires a commitment to being a good communicator and role model in driving agile adoption and being able to understand the detail but also think “big picture”.
You’ll be a practical team member who is passionate about fostering operational excellence and supporting the adoption of agile principles across the organisation. You’ll be at the heart of the organisation helping to craft and shape this exciting transformation and playing a role in our reputation as a leader in customer service in the financial industry.
What you’ll bring
• Strong facilitation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good understanding of data, and ability to analyse key themes, identify impacts and key messages, as well as support in defining appropriate metrics, reporting and business performance outcomes
• Be confident to support adoption to agile ceremonies and processes across the organisation quarterly portfolio reviews, objectives and key results (OKRs), portfolio syncs and guardrail agreements and drive knowledge management culture working with key teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in tools like Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and MS Office suite and collaborative online tools.
• Proven experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies, preferable in an IT organisation
