Motorsport Technician
Location: Tuthill, Oxfordshire, UK

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and responsible Motorsport Technician to join our team. As part of the Motorsport team, you will play a key role in the build and rebuild of rally and race cars, with the opportunity of travelling the world to support our rally and circuit events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working in our state-of-the-art facility alongside a friendly, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To build / rebuild rally and race cars
* Ensure the rally and race cars are built consistently, to the highest standards and meets the relevant set up parameters and all the criteria of the build specification
* To problem solve and diagnose faults with minimum supervision
* Deliver constant improvements to the rally and race cars when required
* Suggest avenues of further development to facilitate future improvement of the car.
* Event support (optional)
* Responsibility for the cleanliness and condition of your work area within the workshop, and all tools and equipment.
* Complying with all safe systems of work processes in an automotive assembly environment
What We're Looking For:
* Building and rebuild of bespoke competition cars to an extremely high level
* Experience working on Porsches of all ages and types would be an advantage
* Excellent workshop knowledge & technical skills
* High attention to detail
* The ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
* Good communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
* Be flexible and possess a good sense of humour
* Be able to manage your time and prioritise your workload
* Full Driving licence – Essential

* Strong Team-worker with the ability to thrive in a small, closely-knit, and dedicated team
* Excellent organisational skills
* Flexibility – being prepared to work longer hours when occasionally required
