HR Advisor/Administrator
Location: Glasgow - office based
Salary: £30k - £35k+ depending on experience
Hours of work: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
Experience: Human Resources background
6 Month contract with possibility to become a permanent opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Advising on recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Ensuring that the company follows regulations
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Providing guidance on company policies, ensuring consistency in applications
Supporting managers in handling performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans
Advising on how to set clear performance expectations and providing feedback
Assisting in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
Providing guidance on salary structures and benefits packages
Answering employee inquiries regarding payroll or benefits
Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws
Assisting with on boarding new employees
