Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 1 Hour and 15 Minutes break Contract:
Permanent Duties: Digital Audio typing Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments Preparing and collating reports Filing Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) Managing databases and systems Required Skills: Experience within a Secretary role High level of customer service skills Detail oriented Works well in part of a team Proficient in the use of MS Packages If interested, apply to today to discuss further!
