An exciting opportunity has become available to join a small and hard-working IT service support team. This is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate to develop a career in IT customer services. You will be part of the front door team critical delivering the IT Service support function working from the Council House. As an IT Service support analyst, you will be the front line of the IT support services and will be the friendly face providing critical support to our colleagues and stakeholders on the various IT technologies. To support you we will give you the opportunity to develop your skills on the latest exciting technologies to develop and challenge yourself. The Opportunity
In the role of IT Service Support Analyst, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
1. Participate in the provision of IT service support from the Council House and Council sites.
2. Assist in the implementation of continuous service improvement initiatives, both within team processes and procedures or departmental initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
1. Excellent technical skills delivering end user device and mobile phone support in a similar sized complex organisation.
2. High quality customer service skills coupled with the patience to deal with inexperienced IT users.
3. Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a passion for technology.
4. Ability to understand different perspectives, identify problems and to think creatively and logically to deliver a resolution.
