Job Overview We are recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to join us on Ward 11. You will be required to carry out clinical and non clinical duties under the supervision of the registered nurse. This post is for shift work, including weekdays, nights and weekends. Main duties of the job Support the team with the delivery of high-quality care to all patients during their stay. Liaise promptly and with the nurse in charge any concerns with regards to patients’ wellbeing. Assist patients with their nutritional requirements. Maintain clear and accurate documentation under supervision of a registered nurse, raising issues of concern with a qualified nurse where appropriate.
